Our Story
Our story began in 2016, shortly after we moved from South Africa to Dubai. Like many South Africans abroad, we found ourselves missing a true taste of home, authentic boerewors. Determined to recreate it, we spent over a year refining recipes until we achieved the perfect balance of flavour and quality.
What started as a personal passion quickly grew. After sharing samples with friends and the community, the response was overwhelming. Encouraged by the demand, we introduced a second product, and before long, our journey gained momentum through social media.
In 2017, we proudly opened our first store. From that single product, the business has grown into a full processing facility, producing a wide range of traditional South African favourites, including biltong, droëwors, chilli sticks, and more.
We are, at our core, a family business, run by myself, my wife, and our children, who are actively involved (and even feature in our videos!). Our philosophy is simple: uncompromising quality, absolute cleanliness, and zero waste used in production. We use only fresh cuts and create products we are proud to serve to our own family.
